The dwelling is converted into 3 self-contained units with the addition of two ground floor side extensions and a loft conversion. The proposal creates a studio, one 1-bedroom and one 3-bedroom flat with provision for cycle and refuse storage.

The aim of the proposal is to maintain the distinctive architectural character of the area, while maximizing the potential of the property.
